COMMUNITY CASE STUDY #1
The Question:
In 2020, Panasonic Chief Marketing Officer Lauren Sallata asked: “How can we replace all of the outreach and community building we do at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) without actually being there?”
The Answer:
MODE built a completely custom and interactive community platform to share all Panasonic’s newest ideas on sustainability, wellness, smart mobility, entertainment, and lifestyle.
The community site features immersive interactive experiences, courseware, media libraries with extensive “tech talks,” and the Panasonic brand’s key communication pillars.
The Results:
We created a robust platform, infusing it with broadcast eXtended Reality (XR) tech, and JavaScript and fun WebGL engagements.
- Five times engagement over the live event with 250,000 unique visits to the platform in 3 days.
- The stock price is up almost 18% since CES concluded.
- Internationally recognized with Webby and Event Marketer Awards
COMMUNITY CASE STUDY #2
The Question:
Inner City Capital Connections provides opportunity and resources for inner city entrepreneurs. Their yearly ICIC conference is a critical multiday gathering where they celebrate the year’s work and focus on connecting their community with new business, operational, and marketplace training.
In 2020, canceling or postponing was unthinkable, but they still needed to provide opportunities for direct networking, community interaction, and online presentation venues.
The Answer:
MODE breathed life into the ICIC through an online community with thoughtful and highly organized programming. From the Event Lobby to the Business Growth Marketplace, MODE created a rich customized platform with spaces that engaged, communicated, and created change.
The Results:
Over 2000 unique participants over a three day period.
Less than 19% had help desk issues.
ICIC is back for 2021, the Virutal Event was a success for their Community and MODEs broadcast, directing and production expertise is leading the way for the December conference.
COMMUNITY CASE STUDY #3
The Question:
In March 2020, Janice R Greene, the President of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council Pacific chapter (WBECP), asked “How could we really energize our community online in this time, give them resources to grow, and create a place to gather for events and networking?”
The Answer:
WBECP.community! MODE created an integrated community platform and LMS, building it in a blinding 6 weeks to be ready for WBECP’s premier yearly event, Ideation.
WBECP.community features activity feeds, interest groups, event venues, and an entire courseware sub-domain. WBECP’s most recent event, Still We Rise, was produced by MODE and created by MODE Principal Creative Director Dani Davis. Even now, we’re working on further energizing this platform with creative and engaging community management programming.
The Results:
LEARNING CASE STUDY
As part of our complete LMS platform design for PG&E TAP, we designed and developed this landing page specifically for TAP participants.
MODE’s online LMS uses an intuitive interface to provide access to an unlimited number of courses.
Our curriculum materials use multimedia, interactivity, and personal engagement to create genuine comprehension and retention of materials.
Our award-winning team of courseware developers and community managers structure and format your critical information to be compelling and enjoyable to study!
We produce compelling video training media, with broadcast-quality recordings of presenters along with cinematic imagery and informational graphics.
Learners can use the course grid to explore course descriptions and content pages with preview media and curriculum details.
EVENTS CASE STUDY #1
In 2020 and 2021, MODE worked closely with Panasonic North America to build a digital interactive platform to carry the full power and potential of the CES. Normally held in Las Vegas to an audience numbering in the hundreds of thousands, the CES had to go all virtual for 2021, and MODE was ready. Using cutting-edge design and interactive web technologies we created amazing engagements for all of Panasonic’s diverse business units.
MODE worked to create key pages that reflected Areas Of Interest (AOI). These groups of Panasonic business units reflected the core brand philosophies to empower sustainability, smart mobility, lifestyle, health and wellness, entertainment, and retail technologies. Each AOI platform page gave users access to individual interactive experiences, tech talks, multimedia libraries, white papers, e-books, and a direct connection to Panasonic reps who could find out more or facilitate transactions!
